We keep the monthly price low by billing separately only what has a real per-use cost, so you never pay for services you do not use.

SMS reminder bundles

Reminders by SMS are billed per message, in prepaid bundles. In-app and email reminders are free.

Data migration from a previous program

Import of clients and their history from Excel or previous software, quoted based on the size of the archive.

FAQ

Questions about billing and the subscription.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Your card is registered at the start, but the first charge happens only when the trial ends — and you are notified before it.

What does CRM FLOW actually cost?

It depends on the trade: from €9.99 to €49.99 per month per business — the exact price of each edition is in the table at the top of this page. With annual prepayment you pay for 10 months and use the application for 12, i.e. 2 months free, whichever edition you are on.

Is the price the same for all nine trades?

No. Each edition carries its own subscription, because each trade has different needs and different tools inside the application — a dental practice works with an odontogram, medical history and multi-chair scheduling, a developer working alone with far less. The core (scheduling, client records, invoicing, security) is the same in all of them.

Do you charge per user or per client?

No. The subscription is flat and does not grow with the number of clients, appointments or jobs you record. For businesses with multiple locations we prepare a separate plan.

Do prices include VAT?

The prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on the country and billing details you provide. If you have a VAT number registered in VIES, you can enter it at checkout.

How do I pay?

By debit or credit card, via Polar — the payment platform that acts as Merchant of Record and issues the invoices. Card details never pass through CRM FLOW’s servers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no commitment. Cancellation is one click from subscription management, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens to my data if I stop?

Your business data remains yours. Before expiry you can request an export of your clients and their history, and the account is reactivated whenever you return.

Are SMS reminders billed separately?

Yes. Every SMS has a real cost from the telecom provider, so it is offered in prepaid bundles instead of inflating everyone’s monthly price. In-app reminders are free.

Is the myDATA connection included in the subscription?

The feature itself is included: CRM FLOW issues ΑΠΥ and ΤΠΥ documents under the business’s own tax number at no extra charge from us. Transmission to myDATA goes through the e-invoicing provider Wrapp, which carries its own subscription — separate from the CRM FLOW subscription. The Wrapp account is created from inside the app, and if its subscription lapses CRM FLOW warns you, because issuing can be rejected.
