What is billed separately — and why.
We keep the monthly price low by billing separately only what has a real per-use cost, so you never pay for services you do not use.
SMS reminder bundles
Appointment reminders by SMS are billed per message, in prepaid bundles. In-app and email reminders are free.
Data migration from a previous program
Import of patients and their history from Excel or previous software, quoted based on the size of the archive.

Questions about billing and the subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Your card is registered at the start, but the first charge happens only when the trial ends — and you are notified before it.
What does DentalPro actually cost?
€14.99 per month per practice. With annual prepayment the price is €149.90 per year — you pay for 10 months and use the application for 12, i.e. 2 months free.
Do you charge per user or per patient?
No. The subscription is flat and does not grow with the number of patients, appointments or records you create. For group practices with multiple locations we prepare a separate plan.
Do prices include VAT?
The prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on the country and billing details you provide. If you have a VAT number registered in VIES, you can enter it at checkout.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card, via Polar — the payment platform that acts as Merchant of Record and issues the invoices. Card details never pass through DentalPro’s servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no commitment. Cancellation is one click from subscription management, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my data if I stop?
The practice’s data remains yours. Before expiry you can request an export of your patients and their history, and the account is reactivated whenever you return.
Are SMS reminders billed separately?
Yes. Every SMS has a real cost from the telecom provider, so it is offered in prepaid bundles instead of inflating everyone’s monthly price. In-app reminders are free.
